Roof replacement can be expensive, which is why we also offer a more cost-effective solution: roof restoration. This option can transform your current roof into a condition that’s just like new, at a much lower cost.

For tiled roofs, our restoration service includes re-pointing the ridge tiles to prevent water entry, as well as applying a sealer/primer coat and two coats of membrane paint in the color of your choice. You may also choose to add a ‘nano’ coat to prevent fading and extend the manufacturer’s warranty.

For metal roofs, we replace any rusted screws and tighten remaining screws, and inspect and re-seal all flashings, which are typically the weak points on older metal roofs. We then apply a primer/sealer coat and two coats of roof membrane paint in the color you prefer. We work with top brands such as NuTech, Globalcoat, Dulux Acratex and Wattyl, and are happy to provide an informed recommendation on which product will best suit your needs.
